Take a photo. Track every calorie.

Fit Shapes is a calorie and macro tracker. Take a photo, leave a voice note, or scan a barcode, and get a complete breakdown of calories and macros.

A one-minute video about Fit Shapes, with music and no speech. Meal photos flash past, labeled calories, protein, carbs, fat, and fiber. Then the title reads “Track calories and macros. With a plan that adapts.” The app logs a meal from one scan, then by search, by typing, and by voice. A month of logged days fills in, the weight trend settles, and the weekly check-in proposes a new target that you accept. It ends with people training, and the Fit Shapes logo.

Key metrics at a glance.

Fit Shapes shows what you’ve eaten against what you’ve burned, active and resting. Both numbers move as the day goes on.

Illustrative Fit Shapes Today screen ending at 1,680 calories eaten and 2,050 calories burned against a 1,810-calorie target, with progress toward targets of 140 grams of protein, 62 grams of fat, and 190 grams of carbohydrates, 21 grams of fiber and 38 grams of sugar, and cards for Energy Balance and Trend Weight above the food log.
  1. 0 eaten915 burned

Your day is already in motion.

You’ve already burned some resting calories by the time you wake up. Go for a lift and active calories appear alongside them.

  2. 540 eaten1,120 burned

    Breakfast, logged.

Scan your smoothie bowl, and Fit Shapes logs its calories and macros for you.

  3. 1,680 eaten2,050 burned

    Dinner, logged.

Three meals in, you’re 130 calories under today’s target.

Targets that keep up with you.

Each week, Fit Shapes checks what you logged against your weight trend. When your pace drifts, it proposes new targets.

See where you’re headed

Fit Shapes forecasts when you’ll reach your goal at your current pace, as a window of weeks. It follows your weight trend, so one heavy weigh-in doesn’t throw off the forecast.

A plan that adapts

A check-in puts the change in one line, like “Add about 150 calories a day,” then shows your new macros next to the ones you have.

Things you use every day should be as functional as they are beautiful. If you want to reach your fitness goals, this is going to be one of those apps you’ll open often.

Most calorie trackers are inundated with ads and annoying pop-ups. Logging takes a dozen taps, and the apps are slow and ugly. I wanted something different. Simple, usable, beautiful. Something I didn’t dread opening three to five times a day.

I’ve been designing software for more than 15 years. Fit Shapes is the tracker I wanted for myself. And now I’m excited to share it with you. If you care about the quality of things you buy, this is for you. I hope you enjoy it.
