Goals for every nutrient.

Fit Shapes sets them automatically. Keep them, or set your own.

Your nutrition at a glance

Every nutrient you ate today next to your goals, or the average of your last seven days.

See how consistent you are

Count the days you met each goal, and chart any nutrient from a week to all time.

Set your own goal

Want 30 grams of fiber a day? Set your own floor, target, or max for any nutrient, or turn its goal off.

Know what is measured and what is estimated.

A barcode uses the product’s own numbers. A photo gives estimates, and says so. When a food is missing a value, the total tells you.

From the package

Scan a barcode or a nutrition label, and the values are the ones printed on it.

From a photo

A meal photo estimates its vitamins and minerals, and the app labels them as AI estimates.

Missing is not zero

When a food has no value for a nutrient, the total shows ≥ and the bar is striped, because the real amount may be higher.

Does nutrition tracking cost extra?

No. Every nutrient, goal, and chart is included in every plan. There is nothing extra to unlock.

How accurate are vitamins and minerals from a photo?

They are approximations. A meal photo estimates 22 nutrients, and the app labels them as AI estimates. A photo cannot show exactly what went into a meal, so use them to see patterns over a week, not exact amounts. When a number matters, scan the barcode or the nutrition label.

Which nutrients does Fit Shapes track?

More than 50, shown as amounts, not percentages: calories and macros, then breakdowns of carbs, fat, and protein, then vitamins, minerals, and others such as caffeine.

Where do the numbers come from for packaged food?

From the product. A barcode or nutrition label scan uses the values printed on it. When a food has no value for a nutrient, the amount shows ≥, because the real amount may be higher.

How are my nutrient goals set?

On Auto, from the dietary reference intakes for your age and sex, the values that nutrition guidelines use. Fiber is 14 grams for every 1,000 calories of your calorie target. Goals are not adjusted for pregnancy.

Can I set my own goal, or a limit?

Yes. Open a nutrient, tap Goal, and choose Custom to set a floor, a target, a max, or any of them. Choose Off to see the amount with no goal. Calories and macros come from your plan.

Do I need to hit every goal every day?

No. Each nutrient’s chart shows your average over time and the days you met your goal.

Does it separate added sugar from total sugar?

Yes. Total sugar and added sugar are separate, and a meal photo estimates both.
