Fit Shapes has one connector for Claude, ChatGPT, and other assistants. It uses the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the open standard that assistants use to reach other apps. You sign in once, choose what the assistant can do, and take access back when you want.
What it does
- Reads your day, your targets, your weight trend, and what Fit Shapes estimates you burn.
- Logs a food or a weigh-in when you ask it to.
- It cannot edit or delete an entry, change your targets, or see your photos.

Claude calls it a connector. ChatGPT calls it a plugin. Gemini calls it a custom app. The address and the sign-in are the same everywhere. Each assistant above links to its own instructions.
