Nutrition facts
Calories, protein, fat, carbs, and net carbs for 13 restaurant menu items, from each restaurant's own nutrition pages.
About these numbers
Each restaurant's numbers come from its own nutrition pages, for its US menu. Every card names the page it came from and the month we checked it. A sandwich's chart shows what each part brings, where the restaurant publishes that.
Protein per 100 calories is the grams of protein divided by the calories, times 100. It puts a snack and a meal on one scale. An item with 5 g or more counts as high protein here.
Net carbs are carbs minus fiber, since US labels count fiber inside total carbs. Where a restaurant gives no fiber, fiber and net carbs read No data, never zero.
