Do I have to pay to export my data?
No. You can export everything at any time, even after your subscription ends.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
It stays. Your account becomes read-only: you can see your history and export it, but you cannot log food or weigh-ins until you subscribe again.
Which apps can I import from?
MacroFactor, Cronometer, Lose It!, Cal AI, and MyFitnessPal: open Account, then Import data. Fit Shapes also connects to Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android, and keeps bringing in your weigh-ins, body fat, and active energy from them.
Can I import my whole food log, or only totals?
It depends on the app. MacroFactor, Lose It!, and Cal AI bring your whole food log. Cronometer brings daily totals, or every entry when its servings export has calories. MyFitnessPal brings meal totals, and its export needs a paid MyFitnessPal plan. What each app brings
What is in the export?
Every food with its nutrients, and the foods in each scanned meal. Your weigh-ins, the days you marked complete or partial, your targets and goal history, your profile, saved foods, and nutrient goals. Photos from your log are not included.
What if I lose my phone or get a new one?
Your log, weigh-ins, and targets are saved to your account. Sign in on the new phone and they are there. Meal photos stay on the phone that took them.
Do you sell my data or show ads?
No. Fit Shapes has no ads, and we do not sell or share your personal information.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Open Account, then Delete account. This removes your data from Fit Shapes and from our servers, and it cannot be undone. It does not cancel your Apple subscription, so cancel that first.
