What happens when the trial ends?
When the 14 days end, your plan starts, and the App Store or Google Play charges you for it. Cancel at least a day before, and you pay nothing. With notifications on, the app reminds you two days before.
How do I cancel?
Apple and Google run the subscription, so you cancel it with them. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions. You keep the app until the end of the time you paid for.
Is there a free plan?
No. Fit Shapes has a 14-day free trial and two paid plans. That pays for the app, so it has no ads and never sells your data. Privacy policy
What do I keep if I stop paying?
Your data. You can export your whole history as one CSV file, even after your subscription ends. Export your data
Can I get a refund?
Apple and Google handle refunds for purchases in their stores. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google from your Google Play order history.
