Connect Meta Muse

Muse builds a custom connector when you ask it to, in the Muse app, on the web, or in WhatsApp. Meta does not review custom connectors, so Muse asks you to confirm.

1. Send Muse this message.

   Create a custom connector for a remote MCP server called Fit Shapes
   at https://mcp.fitshapes.com/mcp. It uses streamable HTTP with OAuth sign-in.
   

2. Muse opens a Fit Shapes sign-in page. Sign in with the account you use in the app, choose what Muse can do, then choose Allow.

3. Ask Muse what you have left today. Muse asks before it logs anything the first time, and you can change that under Settings, then Connectors.

Muse is for people 18 and over, in the US and Canada.

Turn it off

In Muse, open Settings, then Connectors, and disconnect Fit Shapes. To end access from the Fit Shapes side too, see Access and privacy.
