What you can ask
Real things to ask, from planning dinner around what you have left to a review of your week.
In development. The connector is not live yet. This page describes the plan, and its steps can change before it ships.
Ask in your own words. You do not name a tool. The assistant picks one, and Claude and ChatGPT show which tool ran. It puts your Fit Shapes numbers together with what it already knows, like recipes, menus, and how to cook.
Plan what to eat
| You say | Tools |
|---|---|
| “I have 600 calories and 40 g of protein left. What should I have for dinner?” | get_days, get_targets |
| “Plan tomorrow’s meals to hit my targets. I don’t eat meat.” | get_targets |
| “What on this menu fits what I have left today?” with a photo of the menu | get_days |
| “I’m going out for dinner tonight. How should I eat until then?” | get_days, get_targets |
| “Make a grocery list for five lunches that fit my macros.” | get_targets |
Check your day
| You say | Tools |
|---|---|
| “How many calories do I have left today?” | get_days |
| “Did I hit protein yesterday?” | get_days |
| “What did I eat on Tuesday?” | get_food_log |
Look back
| You say | Tools |
|---|---|
| “Give me a review of my week, with calories, protein, and my weight trend.” | get_days, get_weight |
| “How has my protein been this month?” | get_days |
| “Why did my targets change this week?” | get_targets, get_expenditure, get_weight |
| “How much does Fit Shapes think I burn?” | get_expenditure |
Log something
| You say | Tools |
|---|---|
| “Log two eggs and toast for breakfast.” | log_food |
| “Log this.” with a photo of your plate | log_food |
| “I weighed 81.4 kg this morning.” | log_weight |
What it will not do
| You say | What happens |
|---|---|
| “Delete yesterday’s lunch.” | It says to delete the entry in the app. The connector cannot delete. |
| “Set my calories to 1,200.” | It says to change targets in the app. The connector cannot change them. |
| “Is this rash from something I ate?” | It has no tool for that. Fit Shapes holds food and weight, not symptoms. |
How logging works
The assistant turns “two eggs and toast”, or a photo of your plate, into numbers by itself. Then it sends those numbers to Fit Shapes. Check them in the chat before you confirm.
In the app, the entry shows Added from Claude or Added from ChatGPT, so you can find it and fix it later.
