Connect Claude
Add Fit Shapes to Claude as a custom connector, then turn it on in a chat.

Every plan, once it ships
Add it on any Claude plan. The Free plan allows one connector.
Claude also reads Apple Health and Health Connect on Pro and Max, in the US.
Add it by its address
Every Claude plan can add a custom connector by its address, so you do not wait for a directory listing. The Free plan allows one.
- In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors.
- Choose Add custom connector.
- Name it Fit Shapes. Paste
https://mcp.fitshapes.com/mcpas the URL, then choose Add. - Choose Connect. Claude opens a Fit Shapes sign-in page.
- Sign in with the account you use in the app. Choose what Claude can do, then choose Allow.
In a chat, open the tools menu and turn on Fit Shapes. Claude asks before it logs anything, unless you tell it to always allow that tool.
On your phone
A connector you add on claude.ai or in Claude for desktop also works in Claude on iPhone and Android. You do not add it again.
On a Team or Enterprise plan
An owner adds the connector for the organization first, under Organization settings, then Connectors. Then each person connects their own Fit Shapes account.
From the directory, later
We plan to list Fit Shapes in Claude’s connector directory after launch. Then you can find it under Browse connectors and skip the address.
Turn it off
In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors. Choose Fit Shapes, then Disconnect. To end access from the Fit Shapes side too, see Access and privacy.
