Access and privacy
What the assistant can see, how you approve it, and how to take access back.
In development. The connector is not live yet. This page describes the plan, and its steps can change before it ships.
How you approve access
Claude and ChatGPT send you to a Fit Shapes page at app.fitshapes.com. You sign in with the account you use in the app. The page names the assistant and asks what it can do.
- Read your food log, targets, weight, and what you burn.
- Log food and weigh-ins. This is off until you turn it on.
What the assistant receives
Fit Shapes never sees your chat. We receive only the tool call, for example a date, or the numbers for one food. The assistant receives only what that tool returns.
The connector signs in as you. It can read only your account, the same as the app. After the assistant receives an answer, Claude’s or ChatGPT’s own privacy terms apply to it.
Take access back
- In the app, open Account from your avatar at the top right of Today.
- Tap Connected apps, under Data & integrations.
- Tap Claude or ChatGPT, then tap Disconnect.
Access ends at once, even if the chat is still open. You can also disconnect in Claude or ChatGPT. When you delete your account, every connection ends with it.
