Connect ChatGPT
Add Fit Shapes to ChatGPT as a plugin. Most plans can add it once OpenAI lists it in the plugin directory.

Most plans get it from the directory. Business and Enterprise can add it now.
ChatGPT Health reads Apple Health, in the US.
ChatGPT lets only some plans add a plugin by its address. Every other plan waits for the plugin directory, where OpenAI reviews each plugin before it lists it.
Business, Enterprise, and Edu
You can add Fit Shapes by its address. On a Business plan, only an admin or owner can add it. Add it on the web.
- Open Plugins in the sidebar, then choose +.
- Choose Add custom MCP server and name it Fit Shapes.
- Paste
https://mcp.fitshapes.com/mcpas the connection URL, and choose OAuth. - Choose I understand and want to continue, then Create as a plugin.
- Sign in, choose what ChatGPT can do, then choose Allow.
Pro can add it the same way, with read tools only, so it cannot log food.
Every other plan
We plan to submit Fit Shapes to the plugin directory after launch. Once OpenAI approves it, follow these steps.
- In ChatGPT, open Plugins in the sidebar.
- Open the Public tab and search for Fit Shapes.
- Choose Connect. ChatGPT opens a Fit Shapes sign-in page.
- Sign in with the account you use in the app. Choose what ChatGPT can do, then choose Allow.
In a chat, type @Fit Shapes, or let ChatGPT pick it when you ask about your food.
Turn it off
In ChatGPT, open Plugins and choose Fit Shapes, then Disconnect. To end access from the Fit Shapes side too, see Access and privacy.
