Weekly check-in
Each week, Fit Shapes can suggest new targets from what you logged.
Fit Shapes compares what you ate with how your weight changed. From that, it estimates how much you burn, and it suggests targets that keep you on your weekly rate.
From each Monday, Today shows a Weekly check-in card until you open it. Your first check-in comes on the first Monday at least one week after you make your account. Tap the card.
- If your last weigh-in is four or more days old, the check-in asks Add today’s scale weight? Tap Log weight, or tap Continue without weight.
- The check-in asks Were any days only partially logged? Tap each day where food is missing, then tap Continue. Fit Shapes does not use those days’ totals to update your plan.
- If the check-in suggests new targets, it shows your current macros next to the proposed macros. Then:
- Tap Accept new plan to use the new targets from today.
- Tap Keep current plan to keep your targets as they are.
Some weeks, the check-in says No change this week. This occurs when your plan is still correct, or when there are not enough recent logged days and weigh-ins to update it. Your targets stay the same. Tap Got it.
Days marked as incomplete
A day you mark in step 2 shows Logging incomplete on Today. If the day’s total was correct after all, tap Use this day’s total.
Turn the check-in off
Set Program to Manual in Personal details. Your targets then stay the same until you change them.
